I started my early career as an athlete and a sports coach, which gradually made me interested in psychological underpinnings of human behaviour and learning abilities as well as in factors contributing to underperformance, poor goal setting and failure to achieve.

Subsequently, I learned about protecting and guiding effects, or power of coaching in stressful situations, especially for vulnerable individuals and during transition periods, and it made me passionate about developing coaching  strategies aimed at empowering people to navigate challenging circumstances.

I put increased emphasis on tackling dysfunctional thinking as a barrier to attaining desired results.
