I started my early career as an athlete and a sports coach, which gradually made me interested in psychological underpinnings of human behaviour and learning abilities as well as in factors contributing to underperformance, poor goal setting and failure to achieve. Subsequently, I learned about combined effects of protective and guiding power of coaching in stressful situations, especially for vulnerable individuals and during transition periods, and it made me passionate about developing ways to help people resolving challenging circumstances.

My forte is addressing doubts and dysfunctional thinking of people as barriers to attaining their desired results.
