I started my early career as an athlete and a sports coach, and I gradually became interested in psychological underpinnings of human behaviour and learning abilities as well as factors contributing to nonperformance and poor goal setting. It fueled my passion for developing coaching strategies aimed at aiding others in achieving their goals as well as empowering them to navigate through challenging  circumstances.

My educational background includes a master’s degree in Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health, a bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science and Techniques, diplomas in Performance Coaching and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and a Fitness Trainer certification.
